The MMC is saddened to learn of the passing of former Senator Douglas Peters on 30 Dec 2023. Senator Peters was a long time Chair of the Veterans Caucus and served as Senate Majority Leaders. He was an Army Reserve officer and Desert Storm veteran. Senator Peters was a great friend of and champion for all veterans. Our condolencses to his family and many friends.
