Good afternoon Commissioners!

 

I hope this email finds you all doing well.  I wanted to extend an invitation to volunteer with us this Saturday, April 12, at the Men's Navy Army Lacrosse in Annapolis. We will be hosting a military family resource tailgate inside of Gate 5 (off Taylor Avenue) for military families with food, resources, and games from 10am to 12pm.

 

In addition, we are seeking volunteers from our military family community to join us on the field for pregame to help unfurl the flag and stars.  We are 30 volunteers short of our goal and would welcome your participation (and that of your families!)

 

Volunteers must be over the age of 10, and if under 18, accompanied by an adult.  Volunteers should arrive by 0845 for an 0900-1000 practice.  From 1000-1200 volunteers can enjoy food and games at the tailgate before entering the stadium for pregame.  Once the flag is unfurled, volunteers can enjoy the game for free.  (all 60 volunteers will receive free game tickets)

 

This is also the day of the HUGE Navy lacrosse equipment sale at the stadium.  

 

Come to volunteer, pick up some discounted lax stuff, enjoy some snacks, meet a new resource, and take in the game!  If interested, please let me know by close of business Wednesday April 9.
